This notice covers personal data you give us when you apply to join ARCI's Engineering Pool at freelance.arci.ge. It does not cover other ARCI websites or services.

What you give us
When you complete the application form, we receive:
- Contact details: first name, last name, email, phone, country
- Professional profile: badges, level, stack, GitHub, optional LinkedIn and portfolio links, capability tags, availability, optional note
- Your CV
We also keep a record that you accepted this notice and when you submitted.
What we do with it
We use your application to review whether you fit the pool, keep a shortlist of engineers for our projects, and contact you when something matches your skills and availability.
We process it on the basis of your consent (the checkbox on the form) and our legitimate interest in running a vetted contractor pool.
Who else sees it
Access is limited to people who need it to review applications or staff projects: ARCI staff and, where relevant, ARCI partners and child companies. We do not sell your data, share it with recruiters or agencies, or use it for advertising.
Applications are reviewed by people, not automated scoring systems.
How long we keep it
Up to twelve months from submission, then we delete or anonymise your application. If you join the pool and stay active, we keep your profile for the duration of that relationship.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold, correct it, delete your application, or withdraw your consent. Withdrawing consent removes you from the pool.
Email contact@arcigroup.org from the address you applied with. We respond within one month.
Updates
We may revise this notice. The version published when you applied is the one your consent refers to.
